Chapter 03

Lucia wants to befriend the cool new girl in school, Touin Lina, and makes her a beaded ring as a token of their friendship. When she goes looking for Lina at school, she instead sees Lina standing way too close to Kaito, and from where she is standing, it looks like they were kissing! Lucia drops the ring and flees in tears. (In actuality, Lina was accusing Kaito of being the bad guy who is currently wreaking havoc in the ocean kingdom.)

When Kaito returns home from his daily surfing, he finds Lucia waiting cutely by the entrance. He asks what she's doing there, and Lucia gets a little flustered because she really didn't have a reason except to see him ^^ But then she notices that one of the button on his shirt was coming off, and offers to sew it for him. When she reaches for his shirt, Kaito notices the ring she was wearing was similar to the one he found earlier.

Kaito invites Lucia into his home and goes off to take a shower. Lucia is feeling nervous and fangirling over the fact that she's in Kaito's house and sewing his shirt - Is this what it feels like to be his girlfriend~?

In her moment of happiness, she pricks her finger with the needle, and Kaito, who just came out of the shower, comes over and tenderly sucks on her finger O_O Egads! I thought this series was for kids!

Lucia is blushing like crazy, until she accidently bumps into the remote, which turns on the stereo and scares the crap out of her. Kaito laughs at her dorkiness, and throws a ring at Lucia, saying he found it earlier and figured it must be hers. Kaito then explains that she must've seen him with Lina, but assures her that nothing is going on. Lucia is relieved, and invites him to that night's music concert.

Kaito teases Lucia for falling asleep and drooling during the music concert. He also laughs when Lina rejects Lucia's friendship offer. Poor Lucia XD;
